Leaks & repairs: Leaks traced in ponds and waterfalls, liners repaired, and the cause put right so it stays fixed.
Cleaning: Ponds cleaned out properly, with weed and sludge removed and the fish looked after while we work.
Water quality: Water tested and treated to bring it back within the right parameters for the pond and its fish.
Pumps, filters & UV: Pumps repaired or replaced, filter chambers and media cleaned, UV bulbs changed and units serviced.
Upgrades: Bottom drains and their pipework fitted to existing ponds, and skimmers installed to keep the surface clear.
Winter overhauls: A full service before the cold months, so the pond and its equipment are ready for the year ahead.
Around the pond: The landscaping that frames it: pressure washing, re-pointing and paving renewed.

On-site diagnosis: Koi and sturgeon examined at the pond, using a mobile laboratory to find out what is wrong.
Treatment: Treatment plans written for the fish and the pond, with veterinary-grade medication supplied.
Isolation tanks: Isolation and treatment tanks supplied so sick fish can be treated apart from the rest.
Rescue: Koi and sturgeon rescued and rehomed when a pond has to close or can no longer keep them.
Predator protection: Deterrent systems supplied and installed to keep herons and other predators away.
